Every engagement follows the same ladder, on both paths:
One week. Your numbers, in writing.
We go through your systems, bills, and workflows and hand you a written report: what is being wasted, what is at risk, what to fix first. The report is yours to keep — use it with us or without us. The fee is credited if you continue.
Fixed scope. Fixed price. Weeks, not quarters.
We implement the plan — cutting waste and stabilising systems, or building the automations that buy your team back its hours. Agreed before we start. Documented and handed over when we finish.
We run it. You run the business.
For a small number of clients we become the team: operations, incidents, improvements, new systems — all handled, reported monthly in plain language. Capacity is genuinely limited; when the slots are full, we say no.
What we promise — and what we don't
We put numbers on things before asking for decisions. Every estimate shows its math. Every market claim carries its source. If the honest answer is "you don't need us," that's the answer you get — it's also why the Money Map tells some people to keep their money.
We are not a helpdesk, not a body shop, and not the right fit for companies with a large in-house engineering team. We fit when technology is critical to your business but too small to justify a full team of specialists — that's exactly when it's usually run worst.
